Tekanan Hidup
Bismillah Al Rahman Al Rahim,
Depression is a serious deal that we need to handle delicately. It can change the way you sleep, eat, feel about yourself and way others think about yourself. There are so many ways to handle depression, you name it, physically, emotionally, religiously.
Kebanyakkan daripada kita, kau dan aku, mesti menghadapi perubahan dan cabaran dalam kehidupan masing-masing, sama ada di tempat kerja, sekolah, college, atau in relationships.
Akibat daripada ini, ramai di antara kita, kau dan aku, akan hadapai satu masa di mana kita akan rasa lemah, tak terdaya, tidak mampu, atau tidak sanggup untuk berdepan dengan cabaran hidup.
Kekadang ada je orang cakap "I'm feeling a bit depressed" bila dia berasa sakit, pedih, kecewa, atas sesuatu perkata.
Depression ni bukan macam orang-orang yg dah kerja ni kan asyik duk sebut "monday blues". Blues2 ni may pass tetapi tekanan jiwa ni memang susah untuk diatasi.
Melalui kemurungan tekanan jiwa bukan bermakna kau seorang yang lemah. Oh tidak!
Kau takleh ske hati mak bapak kau cakap "Oh come on! snap the hell out of it!" Oh tidak!

Chanel out your depression through activities, exercises, sports, recreation,
Chanel out your depression through singing, reading, crying (if it helps) talk to your best friends.
Chanel out your depression through devotion to Allah S.W.T (God) ambil wuduk, baca Al-Quran.
suicidal, bunuh diri is NOT AN OPTION. It does not solve anything. Tak selesaikan apa-apa masalah pun. Apa kau dapat? Dapat masuk neraka je. So by reading this post, harap-harap semua tanamkan di dalam diri masing-masing bahawa terdapat banyak cara nak handle depression ni, cuma kena usahakan sahaja.
