Mutually Inspired

Assalamualaikum,
Bismillah Al Rahman Al Rahim,

Who am I?
I'm just another person like you.
Yes. You the person who is reading this post right now.

I'm here to share my life experiences with you and what I've learnt from it. 

And so I started writing again. I've been writing. Believe me, I have. You can ask Adam how many posts that were not published. 

Why I didn't publish it? 

Because of Fear

Fear is something that we feel but each view quite differently. There is no fixed definition of fear.

What am I being afraid of?

Fear of judgement. Fear of being labelled. Fear of being ostracism. I was afraid. So there I was, drowning under the sea of negativity. Gasping desperately for air of positivity.

When I was about to lose hope and let all the negativity devour the very last bits of me, you came. I heard voices. Faint but loud enough to hear. Like a whisper. It was your voices. Those who tweets, instagram comments, facebook messages. Who felt inspired and found courage from this blog.

Those words of positivity pulled me out. As I was sitting down, panting, I gave it a thought and I came up with a conclusion that I shouldn't let anyone stop me from writing. Just like how the Emperor in the Disney Movie Mulan say:

"No matter how strong the wind blows, the mountain does not bow down to it"

This place. This space. This area. were created as a medium of expression and that's exactly what I'm going to do. It works the same way to those of you out there too. Never let people judge you and stop you from doing something that brings out light within you. You are who you are and let no one tell you who you should be and what you should be doing. HE didn't create us as perfect beings. We are far away from perfection. Hence that's the reason why we are here, working our way towards HIM.

As much as this blog has become one of your pillar of strengths, it functions the same for me too. 

Life is a winding and long and full of contradiction journey  Let's work together, to inspire each other to be a better individual shall we? InsyaAllah.
